You can not isolate a single muscle. There is always some support of others.
For delts, try a bit lower weight and do standing lateral raises while leaning against a bench in a close to 90° angle.
Do the same thing lieing on a bench for post delts.
Concentrate on getting your elbow up an not your arms. And keep the shoulders tight like you should when benching.
This should put most work on the med and post delts.
