got some free time this summer and want to get in shape because every time I play basketball with my buddies, I get gassed and red in the face.. Don't really want to get a gym membership because I'm going to uni in the August and don't really want to pay for it.
At home we have a treadmill, 15, 10, and 5 pound dumbbells, a door frame pull up bar, and some jumpropes. I also have access to an outdoor track within 3 miles of my track. Anyone want to recommend a home workout plan for me in hopes to achieve better endurance and maybe gain some strength as well?
I'm 5'10 (178cm) and 156 pounds (71kg).
