How much Zinc, Magnesium or other minerals do you recommend taking to increase test? Saw someone post about it once.

It's a fat-soluble vitamin, they stick for a while. Water-soluble vitamins like the B family don't.

I have a huge problem with this.
My body wants to sleep for 12 hours no matter what I do.
I have to move my alarm clock around often because ill turn it off or unplug it in my sleep with no memory of doing so when I wake up.

I take vitamin d3 with my first meal (around 1PM, since I'm on IF). You get d naturally in the morning & afternoon from the Sun, so it makes the most sense here. Also it's fat soluable, so you have to take it after a meal.

I take Magnesium Glycinate before bed. Magnesium makes you very slightly sleepy.

Any caffeine six hours before bed? tried no phone/computer/ other sources of light 30 mins before bed? Alcohol before bed?
