Nah just over priced as fuck. There are YouTube videos in how to make your own straps. They are nothing like rings since they have more versatility, yet rings are actually more challenging and difficult. Though the shills at trx have created a hybrid of the straps and rings. The guy who created it is the authors of How to be a Supple Leopard.

Their really good for building upper body and abs. Just look at calisthenic movements with rings.

First off there are off brands on Amazon that are just as good as TRX.

It all depends what your goals are. These are great for upper body endurance, but wont be anywhere as affective a weights. I use mine when I'm too lazy to go to the gym but want to get some work out in. It at least keeps you at maintenance. Complete shit for legs. The abs exercises are amazing,
