Apple has ~4 grams of fiber. So my guess is, not good before lifting?

Also, I usually run out of energy half way thru my workout. I do have oats & banana before gym but I still get exhausted after 9 sets or 3 different muscles sets.
So I take a break and need some energy boost again. I usually have a banana after 9 sets.

This is for energy boost efficiency 15-30 minutes before lifting.
I wake up. Have oats & banana.
2 hours later I have another banana & oats and 30 minutes later start lifting.
