For diet just buy the foods you see on the attached pics and learn to prepare them.
Do that for a bit and when you think you have a solid foundation you can cut.

Because he's squatting high. If somebody's squat is as high as their pull, it means shallow squats 95%of the time. There are some manlets with super short femurs, short humerus, and small hands that actually squat as much or more than they pull. And super fat squat specialist powerlifters. But not normally proportioned dudes pulling only 200 kilos.

Candy Toe's strength/hypertrophy. I know I'm pretty chubby atm but I've been bulking permanently since I started. I took a month and a half off in TOTAL over that period of time because living abroad/constantly moving back for periods of a couple of weeks to visit family and then moving back, so my gains have been slower. Thursday: shoulders, triceps, 3 sets of bench
Saturday: 2nd day of deadlifts and squats

Benching also uses tricep and I do dips as well on mondays so I feel like I get more than enough triceps work.
As far as the deadlifts and squats on the same day, it's doable but your volume has to be less. On weekends I'll do 3 sets of both and pyramid down starting from like 15 lbs what I did the previous day for that exercise.
