Yeah, I just use the one in the locker room after a workout. If it's busy just ask if you can work yourself in between sets. I normally do 20 reps over 5 sets.... I used to do 5x5 but I'm where i want to be at the minute so just working on increasing reps to tone it up.

I haven't actually seen any growth or increase in length.
