Congratulations on losing 66 lbs but you are sadly still fat. Eat less and continue to hit the gym but if you aren't seeing any progress from the gym make sure you are really pushing yourself. Or maybe the the muscles that you developed aren't visible due to your fat. Also 6'0 at 166 lb is not underweight.

There's still a pouch of skin around my belly button with stretch marks that I suspect will not go away on its own. I had the same concerns as you when I looked like you, but it did get better as I kept losing weight. My deflated man tits have gotten less unappealing as I lift and eat more and fill it out with muscle.

Look at it this way: you still look infinitely better than you did before losing the weight. The weird looking skin is just a scar we'll both have to bear as a result of the damage we did to our bodies over the years. Look at it as a reminder of how far you've come, and use it motivation to keep doing what you're doing and never let yourself get fat again.

Was 220lbs / 100kg in high school, now 177lbs / 80kg, 6ft / 183cm. I definitely have some near the bottom of my belly and a bit on my chest as well I think, not sure. I know my physique is not super impressive as I'm just a cardio + calisthenic fag atm. If the picture of you is recent and that is from coming down 66lbs, you may have some like me. I do have some visible scarring/ stretch marks and it looks like you do too, but keep cutting regardless, don't let that discourage you, it'll be worth it

340-190lbs, 6'1, did it all in my mid 30's

Loose skin: bottom of ass is pancake mode, bottom of stomach has a pouch, nipples slightly lower than normal but nothing weird unless I bend over.

Chest: Just get bigger pecs it fills it out and doesn't look saggy or anything, nobody can tell unless they also lost a ton of weight and know what to look for specifically.

Stomach: Since I now have a real waist, I just wear my pants a few inches above the skin pouch at the bottom of my stomach and nobody can tell except for a small weird crease under my belly button that goes up and down. Even shirtless it looks fine, nobody would really notice unless they really got in there.

Pancake ass: Squats etc, but it's just kind of fucked. Oh well I'm not running around in a thong or anything.
