My back is killing me during every core related exercise. Stopped gaming completely a month ago and started calisthenics.
185cm 74kg how do i fix this shits looking like a banana
No offense, but you look like you never exercised in your entire life.
The pain you feel is probably just the fact that you've never used the muscles before, ever.
Or you just have really horrible form. Watch more videos on how to do the exercises correctly.

No offense taken. Yea im not very athletic and i know it doesn't change in a month but are there any good exercises that emphasize on fixing this bad posture?

So training shoulders and watching correct form should fix this?

If you started calisthenics, then I hope you got yourself a pull up bar son. Watch how to do pull ups with proper form, do them and your back will feel miles better.

you can fix posture really quickly by doing deadlifts, rows and facepulls for like a month so look up calisthenics programs that work those muscles (posterior chain, back, rear delts)

Why would you stop gaming? Do light deadlift for core strength, legit if I don't do deadlift I get back pain from work.

You don't need to exercise to fix your posture. Just walk around with your shoulder blades pulled together the way they should be. It's gonna hurt but it becomes natural after a few days.
I hurt my shoulder at work and was forced to give myself good posture. Worked out fine for me.
t. dyel who was in the exact same boat as you
