If you have gastro issues like bloating, fasting does help. 12 to 18 hours does wonders for me, but it keeps me bony, which sucks.

I wrestled for many years, had to cut weight like everyone else. Even years later now, I will just starve myself for the sensation. I know it's unhealthy, but I crave the feeling of intense hunger from time, I never plan the fasts, they just happen.
I'll get humger cramps, and just sit and listen to music, alone with my body as I squash it's demands. I generally end them at night, eating a big meal, some light stretching, a shower and then a deep sleep makes me feel alive and sated. Why do I do this /fit/? Is it the autism?
