Hey /fit/ since there is a fat general I thought I'd try a skinnyfat general since fatties try to cut and skellies to bulk where does that leave us ?
I currently look like pic related, 6.2 for 170 lbs.
I want to gain strenght but my fat, especially love handle and mantits, really disgusts me.
I was thinking of doing greyskull while on a 700cal deficit and adding bicep curls as an accessory exercise.
What is /fit/ protocole for skinnyfags ?

About how long and how effective is a recomp ?
Im just cutting while maintaining what little muscle I have. If you hate your str more than your fat bulk, if you hate your fat more cut.
I did a 5 week cut from 172 to 155. (No lifting) Then a 4 week bulk to 160 (mainly to get baseline lifts). Now Im back on a cut while lifting to get down to visible 'abs. Im a skellyfat so I gotta get to 140lbs for 10% bf. Then Ill follow skelly protocol and cut bulk cycle between 10-15% bf.

I think a clean bulk would be perfect for you. Just eat healthy food at a reasonable caloric surplus with enough protons and lift. You'll make it

Thanks mate. I do feel good that I have a decent canvas to work from. I tried eating at a surplus, and while my gains came pretty fast, I wasn't happy with the gut gains.
