What is Thicc Mode?

i'm very lower body dominant (wide hips, disproportionately strong legs/ass compared to upper body, arm span of 202cm at height of 190cm)

Having massive hips is a requirement of thicc mode. You cannot have a trim waist because then you'll be aestheic bodybuilder and THAT'S NOT THICC MODE.

i get it, it's a blessing of sorts for thicc mode
i'm just asking what i should do to increase my upper body lifts - i can't go balls out on both upper and lower, and my lower body is somewhat stronger
so, do i reduce volume on lower body? kinda maintain the lift numbers until upper body catches up? i also can't do the fkn bench, was trained by an elite coach so it's not my form, i have a bum left shoulder that won't listen
so ya any advice is appreciated
i've done fuckarounditis for a year > 5/3/1 > hepburn method > back to fuckarounditis in this last couple of months
