Been on a cut for two months and my lifts are very slowly going up still. I haven't hit 1/2/3/4 yet though so probably this is not applicable to more experienced lifters.

Same bruh gone from 80kg to 100kg similar bf but still weak as shit.
I have cut before and looked decent, but never been able to hold onto much mass when i cut. Last time i cut 2 years ago my arms were 14.5" now they are 16.5" but still feel small.
