I eat them before the gym for the energy, love them

Not amazing macros but very convenient and filling. Sometimes I have one before the gym if I don't feel like eating canned fish/yogurt for the 800th time.

Fruit in a can

Not trying to shill but if you have to eat bars get the builders proteing bars. Pretty tasty and have 20g protein. Lots of sugar though so avoid if possible.

I eat 2 a day. Easy 500 calories.

I have a stomach condition that basically forces me to dirty bulk though. Most energy bars fuck me up cuz I can't eat anything with lots of fiber.
