I guess that while I sleep I'm, as a matter of fact, clinically dead.
I'm pretty good in resistance sports I don't actually practice; i.e. I did a half marathon once (even though I do not have the runner's skelly body at all) with little to zero preparation and well I had just some mild soreness afterwads

About 50. Been working out for a few years though and do a reasonable amount of cardio as well as lifting so it's to be expected.

49 and havent done cardio in years. no idea why its so low when i dont consider myself to be fit at all
