Op French toast is alright except usually is made with sugar and cinamon, but maybe that's just me. If not,it's fine, except the fact syrup is pure garbage, but it shouldn't matter in moderation

Not OP but when I was a little kid my dad would make me French toast on weekends by soaking bread in whiske egg then cooking it in a lightly oiled pan with melted American style cheese slices on too so they'd melt. That's how I like it, that's what's nostalgic for me,(allthough allergies mean I don't eat it anymore) and the milk/cinnamon sweet version with Nutella or maple syrup or whatever you get in cafes was always too much for me.

I'm more of a savoury tooth. Like the hardest thing for me to cut out of my diet is Instant noodles.

Then eat your carbs before you eat your protein imo. I'd honestly stay away from eggs too because they're filling as fuck (at least for me) so I have difficulty eating a lot of them as well as other shit.
That being said if they let you get enough calories in go for it, I'd just make sure that I was getting enough protein too throughout the day. And fiber, when breaking 4k Cal a day you do start to actually want fiber in your diet.
