Hurt my lower back doing heavy deadlifts 2 days ago. yes they will. you need to train the pattern not just muscles. if you can't do negatives start with static holds at the peak of the movement. then work on slow negs. if you want to do assisted after that just pull a bench over and let it take some of your weight or buy a resistance band.

Go back until you can sort of see your abs or lose the gut fat.
Bulk very slowly, most of your gains the first weeks, or months, will be from muscle adaptation, not muscle growth.

Ive been cutting since January, dropped from 80 kilos to 68 kg for 1m75. Now my progress stalled since 2 weeks, not losing weight and fat.

jesus christ man 1000 calorie deficit is way too high at your current weight. You should be doing at-most 500. 1000 is for hopeless fatties.

I suggest doing a recomp for a month and then continuing if you see fit. Bump up your calorie intake 250 each week until the final week and then swap to a 500 deficit.

Would doing hard exercise 3-4 times a week on top of weights help get me to my goal or would it just cause me to fatigue really quickly due to the caloric deficit already in place?
