Peanut butter. On a 2 year cut, and I love the smuckers natural pb. Used to make pb&j quesadillas when I was really fat. Turned out like a sopapilla with peanut butter and jelly. I miss them soooo much. The tortillas alone are 300 cal though, so never again until I'm 170lbs.

Oats in general, but oatmeal cookies especially. The last cheat day I had the only things I ate were two batches of homemade oatmeal cookies with apples and a whole lot of chocolate and raisin overnight oats.

Thinking that I need to stuff my face with food.

During cuts, mostly before cheating, I get incredibly hungry. The thing is, I don't even have a definite answer as to what I want to eat, because I usually spend like half an hour deciding what to buy to eat, and yes, I feel I wasted a cheat meal afterwards.

I just realized this a few days ago, so I hope I can use this to avoid binging on food in the future. Eating as a way to deal with stress, boredom or whatever is BAD.

I mix my vodka with water and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

That way I'm not adding any extra calories and my thinking behind adding the ACV is that it's shown to slow down fatty liver progression and it causes your stomach to produce my hydrochloric acid, so maybe it will help your body clear out the alcohol quicker.

I dunno if it works but I don't feel like shit or have dry mouth when I wake up now. It also tastes like shit so I drink less overall.

Bread. High hydration, warm autolyse and bulk rise, overnight cold second rise. 450 in a pre-heated dutch oven. Listen to the crust crack as it cools. Wait until it's just hot enough to melt butter coming cold out of the fridge. Eat with whole milk and butter.
