It's like, I've literally ate table sugar for years, loads of it, like 200g+ per day.

Sugar leads to food addiction and diabetes. The insulin reception will dull and you will crave more and more insulinogenic foods (like sugars) to satisfy your cravings. Resulting in type 2 diabetes / being fat which are the same thing; diabesity.

If I get a little sick off smoking too much of a cigar too fast, I'll have a bit of sugar to patch myself up. Usually don't eat sugar or drink sugary drinks though.
