The concept is pretty straight forward, you make your mind do all sorts of things, become aware of certain things, really useful for finding out how you work, and what makes you tick, all your little quirks and autisms.

Read Prometheus Rising, that's what got me into it, and if you're still interested, /x/ is surprisingly useful for that. At least, as useful as /fit/ is for fitness, meaning there's a whole lots of memes and dumbfucks there you'll have to filter through.
