In terms of musculature, zyzz's body isn't even that good, except to nonlifters.

As a comparison, I'm a pretty standard college-age lifter of 3-4 years. My biceps and delts are just as big, if not bigger. My pecs are way bigger. My core and Adonis belt are more defined. Zyzz does have very symmetric and aesthetically pleasing abs, brought out by a good body fat percentage. He also has non-lifting related bonuses that women are into, such as good skin tone, good hair, okay facial structure, and cool (shitty) tattoos.

Absolutely none of that should place him even in a tier as low as B tier. Zyzz is only popular here because he was a nerd virgin who got decently ripped and charismatic.
