What are your end goals from fitness as a whole, when you look back on your life of fitness as an older person will you have achieved them?
This could include certain PRs, 3xBW deadlifts etc+, 50 pullups, a certain physique etc
What do you want from fitness before your eventual decline in physical capability...

I really just want to compete regionally high level in pl by 25.
I want to get my brown belt in judo.
After that i really just want to be a /fit/ dad, making all the milfs wet'n'dat.
I mean runs, swimming and cycling as well as keeping muscle.
Might give strength training a visit latter in life with my kids.

I want to be big enough to fill out a large t shirt, while maintaining 10-12% bodyfat. So probably 100-110 kg at 1.85m.
I also want to get better at martial arts, no specific goal, it's just fun as hell and a good skill to have.
Really I'm working out to just be as fit as I can, and to look the part. Also, oddly enough, I've actually started to enjoy physical activity, so hopefully I dont get bored of it anytime soon, or ever.

I can do sets of 8 one arm push ups,
but only at 70% bw on my weighted pull ups. And according to SymmetricStrength my lats are way ahead oh my chest.

I'll probably just keep trying to lift and run until I die. I already have really good cardiovascular health from swimming (which I might have to switch back to for the sake of my knees).
I never really set a goal in case I get there and I'm still not happy. If I set a final goal and reach it I'll probably just kill myself.

Immediate short term goal is:

From there i wanna do 5/3/1 to get to around

Then I wanna start training to run a half marathon while trying to keep as much strength possible.
Then eventually get to full on marathon while maintaining as much strenght as i can. Also wanna start boxing
Then just do this until like age 30-32. (24 now)
Then if i ever become a dad, and get dad strenght ill try to get to 200+ / 3plate / 450lbs / 600lbs

Aesthetic enough to have had a semi-successful modeling career, mainly so I can use that fame to make publishing my book (and ultimately entering politics) easier.
