There are flavors. Best way to eat it, imo, is toasted with butter. It has more fiber. Not gluten free.

I live in Canada and they sell a protein bread which is from the brand Country Harvest. It's 100% whole wheat and has 9g or protein per slice

If you live in Canada pick this shit up at superstore, it even tastes better than the regular whole wheat bread.

seriously? the brand i buy (in germany) has 14g of protein and only 4g of carbs per slice (50g).
it's made from rye, soy grits and all sorts of seeds.
it tastes pretty much like whole grain rye bread, so pretty good.
