I am an extreme poorfag, and at the moment can't afford to put money into gym subscriptions or buying free weights. I own a cymbal bag kind of like pic related, where it has a handle at the top, as well as backpack straps. I have several cymbals and a variety of equipment and other shit I can put into it to add weight. What are some good exercises I could do with this to build muscle? Despite my shitty current situation, I want to get more /fit/.

I've done plate warm-ups that you could probably do with a cymbal bag. Hold it with both hands then squat, lift above head, move in high arc or all of above.
