Camelbacks are clutch to have, keep your belongings and water in an easy to reach place and keep your hands free.
Sneaking drugs in, i'd just put it in my underwear desu. Sometimes shoes are checked, but rarely.
Sunglasses are nice to have on hand in case the lights on stage get too bright.
Breathable clothes, or a button down so you can open it up a bit are nice too for keeping cool.

I've been the textbook example of a proper mesomorph throughout my younger years, pretty damn large overall at 6'2 210lbs, 12% body fat without ever putting any effort towards it, always hated sports and all other physical activities, my activities were strictly related to my functions as amateur metalworker, bladesmith and gunsmith.
