desu i mainly do calisthenics aside from shoulders and legs.
And my work schedule is fucked since i work from 8 to 20 so here's what i do.
Keep in mind you have to tailor the workouts according to yourself.

A
Pullups - usually go for 5x10 unless i bring weighs, sometimes fuck around with muscle ups if i feel like it
Dips 4x12 atm
Crunches 4x30
then i usually get back home and finish with pushups, started doing incline pushups for 4x15
If i go with someone or manage to find someone to stand on the leg press machine(i don't know how it's actually called but it works like a leg press machine) and do 5x10 if i can't, one legged on the same machine 5x10 for each leg.
B
Front dumbbell raises 5x6
Side dumbbell raises 5x6
Dumbbell rows 5x6
Bicep curls 5x6(wouldn't actually suggest doing something extra for biceps cus pullups worked them out from the last day, unless you're advanced and i also need to compensate for my shitty work schedule)
Calf raises with extra weight 5x15.

I try to do ABxABx unless i get bored i go outside and fuck around.

To be honest senpai, the routine doesn't matter much as long as you give it your all.

As for nutrition, don't tell anyone but i rarely make my own food, i live pretty much on kebabs and sausages with vegetables, but keep in mind that i literally walk around for 12 hours straight when i have to work so i spend all of those calories in no time.

Approximately 2 hours yes. Usually an hour and 30 or 40 minutes of lifting depending on how crowded it is and 10 of stretch so call it 2 hours.
Doing a lot of exercises seems to work, I almost always get sore and Ive made consistent gains so I guess the intensity is appropriate for me. See what works for you.

I did solely incline barbell and dumbell for the longest time.
Practically wasted 8 or 9 months of my chest workouts to it.
As a result, I have a high level of upper chest development.
My form is great in my opinion and leans toward powerlifting.

Depending on how long you've been lifting those are pretty good.
Definitely need to accept that chest is a lagging body part.
Train it until you can't do a push up and train it often.
Don't work off of a weekly schedule.
Weeks didn't make humans, humans made the week.
Favorite phrase to say is weeks are for the weak.

I'm the result of lifting casually for extended periods of time. I don't regularly adhere to any routine but right now I'm training rock climbing, casual ring training and bodyweight stuff, because I was pretty embarrassed with my own athleticism recently.
Bench: somewhere around 185x5 flat, 175 incline
OHP: 100? I train shoulders mostly using lat raises and handstand push-ups
Deadlift: 250ish for one rep
Squat: 185, I don't squat though
Something like 20 chinups, 15 pull ups, 20 dips
Obviously I'm not the typical /fit/izen

I was 300 lbs. I first did medical weight loss for 6 months, got down to 220, stabilized at 230. Then I started lifting and now I'm a 250 lbs bear mode. But I'll be honest, I only look good with my shirt on lol as I'm over bulked, but visibly muscular. So if you are anxious, I say lose the weight first, then go to the gym.

Start calorie counting, eat less. Put out more calories than you are taking in. Start with cardio to help with weigh loss, start a weight lifting routine as well to help tone your muscles for when you've lost weight and keep your strength up while your cut.
