It's easy OP, read the sticky, read Starting Strength.
Do the program as written (also read "A Clarification", the dietary portion of SS omitted from the main book) including drinking a gallon of milk a day and having a calorie surplus in the thousands. DON'T DEVIATE FROM THE PROGRAM. This is where most people fuck up. Remember that if you don't drink a gallon of milk a day YOU ARE NOT DOING THE PROGRAM.
You will look like OP image in about three months.
