I have over time developed an allergy to most nuts and even though they helped me put on weight when I was a skelly they have now betrayed me.
Nothing super serious as of yet but I carry an epi-pen with me so I'm not too worried about it.
Activating them takes too long
$10 for less than a KG of them here in Ausland whereas I can buy 500g of bagged mixed veggies for less than $3.
