I'm looking for something like maybe C4 at best. I'm skinnyfat and just want to look a bit less fat and a bit more muscular. I already took a look at scoobies home workouts; like the beginner routine, skateboard squats or dumbbell fly lifts on the floor. Would they be sufficient for my goal ?

I got to maybe B6/B7 at 6'3" using only an adjustable dumbbell set with plates up to 50 kg weight. Just take a regular badybuilding routine and replace barbell exercises with dumbbell variations
