cardio is great, and really healthy for leg growth and endurance, but squatting is still king. You really gotta start doing squats, your thighs will look gr8.

Got a pull up bar and did chin ups for 12 months before I started going gym. Got my gym membership 2 weeks ago and go every second day and do stronglift 5x5s. Am I going to make it or stay as a curlbro forver?

I just do the exercises the guy at my gym tells me to.
Monday: Back and shoulders
Tuesday: Biceps and triceps
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back and shoulders (because I asked to, he's really into resting and wanted me to work out only 4 times a week)
I try to do some forearms exercises at least twice a week and core at least three times. I also run on saturdays.
