So I followed the sticky and did the beginner for the past months and am now ready to move on to intermediate.

The volume is simply too high to run without any periodisation. You'll burn out and progress will stall after a few weeks to a month. If you want to run it, you'll have to train 3-4 reps away from failure on most sets, and 1-2 reps away from failure on the heavy sets.

Seconding this unless you are a neet who can rest 11 hours a night and are Co pletely strict about macros you will burn yourself out.
