my rule is no phone during the workout

i only bring it with me because it has my music on it. make sure never to text (except gf sometimes) or browse the internet

if you have the discipline to consistently workout, you have the discipline to not dawdle around while you're doing it. fucking around on your phone wastes your time and breaks your concentration

How long does that energy boost fuel last? is it ok to have another meal of oats & banana half way thru the workout?
