AIDS can take a decade or more to develop. You obviously dodged a bullet for longer than that, but now it's too late. I'm sorry OP but you only have a few years left at best, assuming you can afford the expensive anti-AIDS medications, which will only slow the diseases' progress. My buddy had something that looked just like that. Turns out it was hiv he had an open wound that got exposed to some blood on some gym equipment they found out. I still miss him.

Currently doing a dermatology residency

As a pale 6'4 dude my skin has discourlations from lack of sun and contact with swimming, etc.

If you dont see the sun much, it could be natural blemishes. If you are pale any pimple, rash, blemish shows up very vividly, I have something similar and a dermatologist just said get a fuck load of sun to burn it off and swimming also helps. If it doesnt go away then perhaps it's ringworm, but i would say most people do not have perfect skin, unless you are asian or black.

I go to BJJ classes and always get it. Think I've got skin that's prone to it since I had eczema when I was a kid.


Yuo can get anti-fungal cream and put it on twice a day, it'll take about a week to clear up.

Another option is to dab a tiny amount of bleach onto your finger and spread it over (a tiny amount)
