For me, it was like cranking sleep up to an 11. I already sleep well and dream pretty vividly but on magnesium, my dreams were crazy lucid and I would awake extremely rested. Stopped drinking coffee all together at work because of it. If you have trouble sleeping then I'd give it a shot, it's cheaper than other stuff.
