Hey guys, I want to take my cutting to the next level, so I'm starting IF tomorrow. I train 5-6 days a week depending on how fatigued I am. Do I need refill days or high/low carb days? Or should hitting my macros everyday suffice? Thanks
If you're cutting then just avoid carbs. There's no point in eating them if you aren't bulking and putting numbers on your lifts.

I drink whey with milk. Milk helps me hit my protein and carb macros. I also eat like 200g of brown rice with broccoli and chicken. I can keep carbs <100g , but going on a keto demands almost a complete diet change.
Also, should I take in more fats to compensate for the carbs I'm cutting?
