How do i gain weight /fit/? I've always been too skinny even though i eat as much as i can at every meal, with plenty of carbs and fats included. I also snack often with nuts, seeds or sometimes sweets. I don't workout at all, i just do some stretching 3-4 times a week, so even my energy consumption should be pretty low.

It seems to me that the sticky is only about losing weight/gaining muscular mass. I can't even get some fat.

Your metabolism isn't any faster or slower than average. Even if it was, we're only talking a few percents. You just eat little because that's what you're used to.
>muh metabolism
kindly smash your head on a concrete wall 12 times and start actually eating

Calculate TDEE, count calories, get fucked
After you work out order a large pizza with all the meat and extra cheese. Then take a bottle of olive oil and drizzle it all over the pizza. Coat with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Then eat it all.

In the same way that fat people often underestimate their calorie intakes, skinny people often overestimate their calorie intakes.
Just start counting your calories properly and you'll see that you are eating below your TDEE.
There is no such thing as an ultra fast metabolism. You're just straight up eating less than the average person.

Eat more calories than you expend, and you will put on weight, be it muscle or fat. You're not an exception to the laws of biology.
>bitching about being a skelly and having to eat more

Why do you want fat? Just put on muscle.
Drink lots of water a few hours before a meal, no snacking during this time.

2300 calories is not enough. Try and get to 3000 a day. I promise you won't gain any fat if you're a beginner lifter
