Fragile and small aren't the same thing. My wrists and hands, general frame is very small but I've never broken a bone, sprained anything, and do not need all that geriatric assistance you do

I've never got a broken bone. But I got sprained wrists very often in my early days of lifting, mostly on my weak arm. I am very careful now and I wear wrist wraps all the time now. Here are the top causes of my sprained wrists:
- Bench press
- Close bench press
- Clean
- Pull ups on bar
- Curls
- Front squat.

I think anything less than 6" would be considered small. I'm 5 ft 8 and have 6.5" wrists.

My wrists are super thin and I bench 115kg without any problems.
