What are some easy ways I can get enough protein as a vegan to build muscle mass? 5'11, my TDEE is between 2600 - 2800.

Basically make a chili out of this (1/2 cup bob's tvp, 1 can beans, 1 can tomatos (add spices, simmer for 30 mins)) and you've got a meal that's a little over 40g of protein and less than 600cals (also probably a $1.50 meal)
Spinach is 1g protein for every 10 cals so that's a pretty lean protein. Eat a few servings of any green veggie every day, you'll get at least 10g from that in total.
Just make sure every day you have a serving or two of nuts and seeds. Almonds especially keep your test up because of them gud fats and the godly micros, so you could consider that being as important as protein.
**Remember you only really need 1g/kg of body weight to gain muscle. Eating too much more is wasteful.

Ok and now the same graph per weight, since it's impractical to eat 10 kilograms of vegetables every day

There are 11 calories in 100g of watercress.
You would have to eat 1,000g of watercress to get the 20.9g of protein in your picture.
Do you know how much 1,000g of watercress is? Each of pic related is 100g. You would have to eat ten bags.
