I wish I had work, I work night shifts at a home for 3 downies, I pretty much just have to do their laundry, empty the dishwasher and mop the floor during a 9 hour shift. I need to find something more productive to do during all the downtime.

This. The Marine trade pays well. Try to get a job doing local cargo transports, pay is good and staying stateside is a blessing.

I work the graveyard shift, Su-Wed, 10pm-8:30am. I'm in a similar profession, watch shit until in breaks.

I spend my time studying and reading books. In short, I spend my downtime increasing my skills so I can find a new job.

I'm a nurse and work night shifts regularly. I make way to much money to switch back to days.

Cuts into my gains hard but I started doing some body weight stuff while at work to keep me on the gains

So does staying awake all night and sleeping during the day fuck with your gains?
