Whaddup /fit/ been lifting coming up on 2 years now
>~180+lbs
>225 Bench
>275 Squat
>315 Deadlift cuz I'm a lanky fuck who can't sit on his heels
Ye it's lbs cuz I'm lazy as fuck and don't want to do conversions rn
On to faggot questions. Used to take kre-alkalyn, and BCAAs.
Kre-alkalyn because I hoped the water retention and lean mass increase actually helped boost strength and felt it helped run through more sets
BCAAs because I felt it helped me recover mid-workout and keep me going.
Was/am I a faggot for thinking and doing so? I have been off both for awhile now and just take pre-workout and post protein, but have plateaued heavily in all my lifts and generally feel like a POS in the gym because of it and want to start again.

How tho mang, I'm pushing 6'2 and feel like my legs are so damn long if I try to sit back on my heels too much I'll fall back, if I don't I end up with an unhealthy bend in my lower back.

What the fuck are you doing? I am 6'2 as well and squats are fine for me, just tense your abs and keep your back straight.
also, sticky.

I've read the niggery diggery sticky, I want others opinions on if the lean mass water retention from creatine & kre-alkalyn actually translates to strength and if BCAAs are worth using during workouts to help push longer and recover between sets.

Also I dunno what the fuck in doing wrong honestly, maybe I should pay more attention to my core when deadlifting. Usually try focusing on keeping my back straight, chest up, and the hinge motion with my hips. As well as making sure the bar doesn't just drag up against my legs

the water weight you gain from creatine wont change your total weight much since you'll lose a huge amount of hair
>>42018087
Mass gainers and caffeine pills, if you need anything else, you wont make it
>>42019107
Speakin of caffeine
Are these a meme or not? I drink them to help make me hungry
>>42019133
those MAKE YOU HUNGRY? wtf?
>>42019133
Nigger how? Caffeine is an appetite suppressant although the artificial sugar could cause cravings but it wreaks havoc on insulin levels/sensitivity
>>42019256
Exactly, when it wears off most diabetics would have a problem with it, but it just makes me hungry. Caffeine is good for energy to me, but when it's gone I get hella hungry
>>42019282
Not a diabetic btw, just saying diabetics would have a issue with doing that
