How was your cheat day /fit/ ?
I got at least 3500 cals of pizza,nuts and cake.

went home to pre 4th of July party festivities that I didn't know about. ate far too much pork bbq, devils chocolate trifle, and smoked beans.
ate a slice of cake. rip gains.

My last cheat meal two weeks ago I had 300g of chicken tendies with BBQ sauce. It was amazing.

I've been cutting and today was not meant to be a cheat day. But I was traveling during the day and broke down. McDonald's fries and blueberry pie, and big square of fudge, then went home and grilled steak and beans. This was on top of my normal food for the day. I want to kill myself.

I am on a cut and I am seriously failing myself on the weekends. Can someone share their own methods to train their minds into not fucking things up?

Keep your goals in mind and think of them when you are deciding what to eat for a meal.
I know that sounds lame, but it works. My goals are more important than the good feeling from eating pizza, or whatever.

I just opt for unhealthy levels of ephedrine and caffeine. Keeps me on my toes too
