Anyone that has had experience with the Greyskull LP program? I read the /routine/ thread and saw that it was good for aesthetics. Would anons recommend?
Here's another routine I found in that same thread which I liked
>Day 1 - Upper Power
Bench Press 531
Pectoral Fly 3x8
Chinups 3xF + Pulldowns 3x8
BB Rows 3x6
OHP 3x6
BB curls 3x8
Tricep Pulldown 3x8
>Day 2 - Lower Power
Squat 531
Leg Press 3x8
Deadlift 80%5RM
Leg Curl 3x8
Calf raises 3x12
Abs: Weighted Sit Ups, Dips, Leg Raises, Bicycle Kicks, Planks 3x12
>Day 3 - Push
Overhead Press 531
Bench 3x8
Dips 3xF
Pectoral Fly 3x10
Incline DB 3x10
Tricep pushdown 3x10
DB lateral raises 3x10
>Day 4 - Pull
Deadlift 531
Chinups 3xF
BB Rows 3x6
Pulldowns 3x8
Facepulls 3x8
Shrugs 3x15
Curl variation 3x10
Reason why I'm posting on here is that thread is dead. Goal is aesthetic. Any advice? Please, I am trying to make it. And yes, I did read the sticky.

How much can you lift, and what is your height/weight/bf?
Not OP, but my stats after 4 months of SS are
>OHP 125lbs
>Bench 185lbs
>Squat 225lbs
>Deadlift 265lbs
>Height 6'0", Weight 213lbs
It's getting tough to keep upping my lifts now that I'm less obese and my cut is starting to get to me. Should I start on GSLP for aesthetics or keep trucking through SS?

Its pretty good.

dont cut my dude, just start eating maintenance, technically that would be a cut since you create a deficit by lifting.
anywho, GSLP is still a friggin linear progression scheme, so if you think you will make better gains (lbs on the bar) think again little man, you wont, since they are increasing the intensity equally.
i would say squeeze SS a little further, maybe 1-3 months/however long it will take to get to 225 bench and then change over to 5/3/1
cheers, keep lifting breh
