It definitely works, assuming you're actually addicted (i.e. fap every single day, probably more than once, sessions last 30+ minutes searching for more and more porn, usually weird fetishes)

People refuse to accept it, but to break it down to the simplest level:

Addictions exist
Addictions have negative effects
Some people are addicted to porn
Giving up an addiction will have benefits

There's literally no way around it, even if the only benefit was that you gained was an extra 30 minutes to an hour per day that would be huge, but the real benefits come from allowing your dopamine receptors to recover. You'll feel more confident, more energetic and more motivated.

It's sad and depressing to see how people dismiss no fap without giving it a try, because "fapping is normal" or "everyone watches porn"
