Listen up /fit bros, i didn't have any acne until i started taking milk based whey. My dermatologist said i can't take it because of the shit they make cows eat that causes the acne. Do any of you bros have any kind of advice to make my protein daily intake besides just regular food? Advice on Soy protein, is it any good? I need help

Soy or pea protein or rice protein is fine. You just have to consume twice the amount since the human body can't digest plant protein well. Also look into TVP it has 15 grams per 80 calories and can replace beef in your diet. You might get gyno from soy but you might not.

-OP, just take egg white protein. Do Not! Consume soy under any circumstances. Much harder to do than it would seem.

I think he just meant plain cooked egg whites, as they offer a lot of protein...not egg white protein supplements. That said, egg whites suck, and I personally think men should be eating whole eggs, yolk and all.
Couple that with tuna, salmon, or turkey, and you've got a solid combo. Add spinach and broccoli for green gains and filling your stomach up more easily.

TVP is dehydrated soy that you rehydrate in boiling water then cook like you would beef mince. It's flavorless so it will taste like however you season it. You could be a crazy person and do half TVP half meat and not tell the people you're serving.
