hey, when i work out i seem to get more acne/big zits, rather than when ive whent months without working out. anyone relate or that has an explanation.
also pic not me. but similar zits form on forehead and next to nose

Probably from letting sweat dry on your skin. Or allergic reaction shit, if you work out in a commercial gym surrounded by chalk and other people's sweat. Or showers, if working out causes you to shower more frequently/too hot.

Wash your face after working out with something antibacterial. I had the same problem when I started running a lot but it went back to normal after a couple weeks.

no, but excessive and frequent hot showers dry your skin up. Which can lead it to become over sensitive and produce excess oil in order to make up for the dryness.

things you can do lifestyle wise:
-change pillow case every 2 weeks
-use moisturizers after showering
-avoid using soap when washing your face, a face scrub pad or just warm water will be able to wash off any accumulated dirt/etc
-shower using warm or cold water.
-USE MOISTURIZERS
-avoid touching your face; gyms are fucking dirty, you don't want someone's cock sweat on your face
-ibuprofen can help reduce acne redness
-avoid food high in trans and saturated fat; shit like potato chips and other deep fried food are horrible for your skin. I personally get small outbreaks no matter what after ingesting that shit.

As for showers, yeah, it can strip oils form your skin and muck shit up.

i disagree, i eat muesli with milk almost every morning and never had any problems with it and i'm technically suppose to be lactose intolerant (Asian).

I heard that raw milk might help, people might reactions from all the dead microbes that are in pasteurized milk since usually the milk comes from grain fed cows (which causes their gut microbe flora to have bacterial strains that will affect humans). grass fed raw milk is not only delicious, it also can be considered a probiotic.

The problem with dairy ( whey especially ) is just that it create a fuckhuge insulin spike and that could be one of the factor , but others things create those spike , mainly low gi carb taken in huge amount or huge amount of lean protein in the same meal without any fat or carbs on top .
