I had a dream where i married the grill i have a crush on. What does it take to get girls to like you? Ive started lifting, running, completely quit porn (for 10 weeks now), focusing more on university and am generally less lazy than i was not long ago. I've had a that feeling before (and still do) but I've found that caring less is the best thing to do. It sounds somewhat paradoxical but you need to have the mentality of "I've got better things to do, and other options". This is hard to fake and doesn't feel good either. So I'd advise actually getting some fulfilling hobbies, something like martial arts, bouldering, learning a new instrument, just anything positive and that you enjoy. Fill your time with activities you want to do and the girls will come (easier than they did before). There's a lot of stuff out there about how and why this works, but the important thing is that it does. Don't become disheartened bro :)

I guess I was just tired of living a boring normal life and I just decided I'm gonna try to get the most out of it. Sure, turning your life around from being a loser to being someone who truly excels in all major areas of life required some discipline and willpower at times but mostly I just had fun with the process learning as much as possible and seeing myself improve and achieve success.

I've found that lifting for aesthetics and bettering yourself are great motivators but thinking about grils is sometimes unavoidable. Honestly I think that's fine but when you get caught up lifting for a specific girl is when you get FUCKED bc there's a pretty good chance she's gonna fuck you over by getting with some DYEL fuccboi with a better FACE and FRAME and destroy you. For diet I just followed kinobody. His shit is brilliant. For training I just did basic reverse pyramid training (also from kinobody) with the big lifts: Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, weighted dips, weighted chin ups and rows. I'd also throw in some 3x10 ab-, arm- and shoulder work. I didn't buy his program, not because I don't think it's great but just because he's got so much free content that I didn't have to buy the program.
