Question about weight loss plateau

Hey /fit/ sorry if this question and thread are retarded and I am out of line but I have a question about weight loss plateus.

2 months ago I weighed in at 360 pounds when I asked /fit/ and some friends about weight loss. Since then I have cut out fast food, eaten 1000 cal below my tdee every day and worked out cardio/weights 4-6 days a week.

I've lost 24 pounds so far with progress being made every week. This last week into this one though 0 progress, not a pound.

I've been adjusting my TDEE and staying under calorie wise. I am worried I hit a plateau(if that's even a real thing) and if I HAVE I don't know what to do about it.

Any advice on knowing when you hit a plateau and how to fix it?

Switch something up. Try IF, change your workouts, replace some unhealthy choices with healthier stuff, cut back on bread/carbs, cut out soda, drink more water daily, get adequate sleep.
Any combination of these will help.
If all else fails, take a day or two off. Don't go crazy, but allow yourself a couple small cheats throughout the day (assuming you really have been en pointe throughout your journey). Sometimes it can help. Only do that as an absolute last resort and only if you know 100% you can get right back into your healthy ways after

I cheat one day a week (still under tdee just not worried about what's in it if you know what I mean) I don't drink soda and mainly drink water.

I'm gonna be on Vacation in a few weeks which I just know will fuck up my diet since vacays always do.

At what point should I decide to IF or change up work outs or what have you, how long without progress does it take to qualify as something that needs addressing?

Not that I am not 100% willing to change, I am just curious as to if I am worrying over nothing after 1 week with no lose.

When you're over 3000 you're eating like 2800 a day. 1800 calories a day is a good amount of food if you're not eating shit.

I would give it at least another week. If still no change, make a change. I gave you options because I can't tell you what will work for you. Personally last month I pretty much stopped eating bread, and cut WAY back on my carbs. Practically keto. The scale didn't budge for a month from 180-182. Last week I decided to start IF again and changed up my cardio a bit and now I'm ~175. I know the needle will eventually stop moving, and at that point I'll try something else.

And yes, eat less. More things that can be hunted/harvested
