Lots of recent reviews claiming they've changed the formula and now tastes like ass.
An effective diet is better, but if you can't manage that and you don't have any lactose issues, I guess it's okay.

Grass-fed and pasture raised
Add some raw milk, kefir, and some cheeses and you're set son. Get fiber from veggies, fruits and whole grains, the more it takes to chew, the better.
What do you guys think about plant proteins?
I've been reading Pea protein is good but not complete(not enough of all the amino acids); but if you mix it with Rice protein you get a complete protein.
Also since a big % of adults apparently have at least some issue with Lactose, whey isnt as effective because your body doesnt digest it effectively or something.
Are plant protein mixes the answer?

Every protein powder comes with a handy little thing called a NUTRITION LABEL. Maybe you should check it out and see if this is the powder for you.
