Should I be concerned? That seems like a really low pulse rate.

R.I.P.
Do you do a lot of cardio?
Stronger hearts generally beat less because they can push more blood per stroke
>>41999558
Yeah I run 15-20 km a week and do HIIT

Looks like you got a nice strong heart then. nothing to worry about.

Can you have low bpm but high blood pressure or not?
I have 55ish resting bpm, like sitting right now for example.
I still get nights when I hear that high blood pressure ring in one of my ears. I thought maybe cardio would improve that shit.
I'm still gonna visit the cardiologist anyway (need to) but just asking to get an idea (from someone claiming to be something on the internet...)

Are you sure you don't just have tinnitus?
It's not only from blood pressure.
>>41999841
Yes, it's possible. But typically there's other stuff going on. Either chemically decreasing the heart rate through beta blockers or calcium channel blockers, or mad sodium to raise your BP. Although, if you are normally healthy/fit, but do a shit ton of caffeine or other stimulants, your BP could be high.
Then again, ear ringing isn't normally associated with high bp.

this
low heartbeat is generally a sign of excellent cardiovascular health.
A strong hearth pushing bigger amounts of blood through wide open clean arteries.
Congrats, OP, you are literally fitter than 95% of this board, me included
