Have the same problem as you, not as bad though. If you're going to bulk you had better expect to get angry and depressed because you are going to look like a pear. That little bit of fat for your upper body to build on is going to pale in comparison to the size your hips will get. And you're going to think a couple of squats will help make them smaller. nah brah they won't. Probably not klinefelter, could definitely be low test. You look pretty young, it is uber worth it to get a test for your test bro, could make a world of difference. While you're at it ask the docs if you are on track for your age regarding height. Your real problem is your ribcage. Which you should be really grateful for.

Get your delts, traps, lats, chest and everything else upper body as big as you can get. And if you have the cash, get on the gear, it'll only help you. I bet even now you look fine in bulky clothing because your shoulders aren't chick-like.

Also forgot. Do NOT squat and deadlift. Your legs, meaning your quads and hamstrings are vital to give a manly physique. But do NOT do squats to get them. Firstly, just to be safe, only work your upper body. Then when you look normal again from the waist up, you can start doing bodyweight squats and/or leg extensions or exercises that specifically focus on quads and hamstrings. In fact there is a specific bodyweight exercises that solely focuses on your quads and hamstrings, without even using your glutes which I did to get my legs big, but just focus on upper body for now. Also, work the fuck out of your abs. Do a shitload of planks, and just do planks for now. You need to make your core as big as you possibly can. Ignore the degenerate faggots ITT. They'll only bring you down.
